1. Scope
This policy applies to all printed and digital water balance guides purchased directly from Gorgeouscleanur via our website or by phone.
2. Printed Guides — 30-Day Returns
You may return unused printed guides within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Conditions
- Guide must be in original, unused condition
- No writing, highlighting, or damage on interior pages
- Original packaging included when possible
How to return
Email writetous@gorgeouscleanur.world with your order number and reason. We will provide a return address within two business days. Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Digital Guides
Digital PDF editions are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, per standard US digital goods practice. If you cannot access your file due to a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the problem or issue a refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility. Bank processing may take additional time.
6. State Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws. Illinois residents may contact the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for assistance with unresolved disputes.
